Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jonas Rösch, Hauptstraße 154, 77876 Kappelrodeck, email: support@wavg.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content/services, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (4) and (5) BGB). Therefore, if you activate and use the Service immediately after conclusion of the contract, your right of withdrawal may expire.
